# The Thrivology Company

> The Thrivology Company is the operating name and group website of THRIVOLOGY LIMITED, a UK private limited company (Companies House no. 13215559, incorporated 22 February 2021, based in Bedford, England). It runs three separate, founder-led practices, each with its own website and audience. Founder: Carlene Nisbett (Cranfield MBA, qualified coach and DISC practitioner, PhD researcher in entrepreneurship).

## Practices

- [Thrivology Executive Coaching](https://thrivology.co.uk/): executive coaching delivered alongside UK university MBA and business programmes, as a complement to the careers team. Three coaching programmes plus DISC behavioural profiling, with a six-item measure at the start and end of the semester and an anonymised outcomes report. Founding pilots start from £180 per student.
- [Thrivology Digital](https://thrivologydigital.com/): AI implementation for UK service businesses (typically £250k+ turnover, five or more staff). Diagnoses where time and revenue are lost, then builds automation and AI into the tools a team already uses. Assessment £3,500; assessment plus build from £8,500; optional retainer from £850 a month.
- [Femmeprenista](https://femmeprenista.com/): holistic business coaching for women founders who want to step out of the day-to-day without burning out. Starts with a two-hour Freedom By Design strategy session.

## How they connect

- All three are delivered by Thrivology Limited, so clients contract with one company for delivery, insurance and data protection.
- They share a founder, a research base (doctoral research into entrepreneurship and how small businesses adopt change, including AI) and one standard: claims are evidenced or left out.
- They do not share clients or cross-sell; each practice has its own voice and audience.
